Eco-Tour Details | Ozaukee’s very gifted naturalist, Kate Redmond, will be waiting for you to come and check out the wildlife of all sorts at the Watts Lake Trail in Cedarburg Bog. A nature walk with Kate is a must-do for everyone who cares about nature in Oz. She will be joined by our science guy Tom Kroeger. Eco-Tour Details | This is a NEW preserve on Mequon Road and Farmdale Road. It was a former sod farm, formerly conserved by MMSD as part of flood control measures, and now owned by Ozaukee County Parks. It just opened to the public. Visit the docents there, walk the trail and take a look at the long-term concepts plan to transform this area back into natural wildlife areas while keeping flood waters at bay.
